Scam story of supertech Subvention scheme

Noida। I Shashi Jyoti W/O Viral Pandey a Private servant merely able to sustain daily life got cheated by the Supertech Group Noida Extension in a dramatic way as in the year 2018 we booked a flat from Supertech Group by getting attracted with the govt. Wish of “Har sar par chat” worth 40 lakh approx by taking a personal loan to pay the booking amount in which they committed to handover our home by August 2020 addingly they offered to take home loan with their tie-up partner Indiabulls finance Ltd. With a scheme called No EMI till possession but as the estimated time went off and there was no progress in construction seeing this we approached the Supertech office and inquired about our possession as till the time supertech stopped paying EMI to the Indiabullls finance and Indiabulls Finance Ltd started to charge EMI from us only. Further seeing our aggression and repeated followup they offered that they would provide us a rented home where we need not to pay a single pie as rent unless we get possession and also we shifted to said flat A2 406,Supertech Ecovillage 3, but merely one year passed and the builder again stopped paying rent to the land lord. Now it has been more than 2 years that we are stuck in a situation where we ourselves are paying rent as well as Pre EMI to indiabulls finance Ltd. Also my husband mentioned above is now surrounded with severe kidney and heart disease. The situation has gone so worse that it’s not at all possible to sustain even a single day by getting treated along with such dual burden of EMI & Rent as the bread winner himself is severely sick. So our last urge from the Indian as well as UP Govt is to kindly intervein in this matter to get this cheating revealed so that we can get rid of hell like situation.
