BHU SCHOLAR SELECTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS AWARD BY BRITISH PSYCHOLOGICAL SOCIETY AWARD

Varanasi. Ms Aishwarya Jaiswal, Senior Research Fellow, Department of Psychology, Banaras Hindu University, has won a prestigious Bursary Award from the British Psychological Society (BPS), United Kingdom, and has been invited to present her research at the European Congress of Psychology, to be held in Brighton, United Kingdom, in July 2023. Aishwarya is the first research scholar from the University to have won this prestigious bursary.

 

European Congress of Psychology, held bi-annually, is the largest psychology congress in Europe and one of the most important international events in psychology, with attendees from over 70+ countries around the world.

 

The British Psychological Society, founded over 121 years ago, is charged by its Royal Charter with the national responsibility for promoting excellence, ethical practice, high standards for research, education and knowledge in psychology, and applying psychology for the public good.
