BHU FORMS STANDING COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE CONCERNS OF DIVYANG STUDENTS & STAFF
VARANASI: Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain has constituted a standing committee to look into the concerns and issues of the Divyang students, teachers and staff of Banaras Hindu University. The committee will take up the issues faced by the divyang members of the BHU fraternity and make recommendations to the university administration to find effective solutions. The committee is chaired by Prof. Mritunjay Mishra, Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences. Prof. A. Gangadharan (Department of History, Faculty of Social Sciences), Dr. Seema Tiwari (Mahila Mahavidyalaya) and Dr. Yogendra Pandey (Education) are the other members of the committee. Banaras Hindu University is committed to provide a smooth and hassle free campus life to all its students and employees. It gives utmost importance to the needs and requirements of divyangjans and addressing them proactively. The setting up of the standing committee for divyangjans is reflective of this commitment.
